The Fast-Set Box requires no heavy equipment and can be assembled by two people in under an hour. It is affordable, sustainable, energy-efficient, and highly customizable. Available in many styles with 152 square feet, each unit arrives shipped in flatpack or you can pick one up at our showroom. But don’t let its light weight fool you. These structures are made of cold-formed galvanized steel, able to withstand the elements, prefabricated with Rockwool and EPS insulation, and double glazed windows and steel doors included. From emergency housing to backyard D-ADU, to a permanent home, the choice is yours. The units can be configured with bathrooms, showers, and kitchen appliances, and are offered as a studio, one-bedroom, or even double-wide two-bedroom floorplan.

The Singles Pad:
Fast-Set Box 205
This unit includes a built-out bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The living and sleeping areas are combined. This model is excellent for young people on the go, or is the perfect choice for a remote cabin where most of your cooking is done outside.
The One-Bedroom
The Studio: Fast-Set Box 801
This option includes a bathroom as well as a separate sink for washing up. It can be the foundation of a galley kitchen for those who love to cook. The living, sleeping, and kitchen areas flow into each other.
