The Fast-Set Cabin requires no heavy equipment and can be assembled by two people in under one hour (see the quick assembly video located here utilizing its innovative crank system to raise the roof and finish its assembly). It is affordable, sustainable, energy-efficient, and highly customizable. Each 360sqf cabin unit arrives in a flatpack (or you can pick one up at our showroom) and expands to include a 12-foot pitched room and canopy cover.. But don’t let its light weight fool you. These structures are made of cold-formed galvanized steel, able to withstand the elements, and prefabricated with Rockwool and EPS insulation, double glazed windows and .50mm galvanized steel doors. From emergency housing to backyard D-ADU, to permanent home, the choice is yours. The units can be configured with bathrooms, showers, and kitchen appliances, and are offered as a studio, one-bedroom

The One Bedroom
Fast-Set Cabin
This unit includes a built-out bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The living and sleeping areas are combined. This model is excellent for a mother-in-law suite or extra living space for visitors.
The Studio
Fast-Set Cabin
This unit is all yours! The living and sleeping areas are combined allowing a unique flow to your personal space. This model is excellent for young people on the go.
The Two Bedroom
Fast-Set Cabin
This spacious 2 bedroom unit is a great addition. Offering a full bathroom and spacious living room. This is the perfect choice for a remote cabin where most of your cooking is done outside.

Our Fast-Set Cabins come standard with two different floor plan options, including duplex and two-bedroom units. However, if you have something else in mind, we also offer custom designs! If you decide that you need to expand upon your tiny cabin, we can accommodate that as well. Our units can be combined to allow for unlimited types of structures, so you can create a space that is truly your own!
Quick and Easy To Assemble
One of the best benefits of our Fast-Set Cabin homes is the minimal construction time involved. Thanks to the prefab pieces, all it takes is about an hour’s worth of work and two people to set one up! Once the wall panels are put in place, you can use our cabin model’s innovative crank system to raise the roof and finish the assembly. The unit is so lightweight that special tools or a crane aren’t necessary. Electrical and plumbing utilities get installed before each model leaves our factory, so you won’t have to worry about any of that as you assemble your new home.
Options To Buy or Rent
When it comes to affordable housing, a Fast-Set Cabin should be your top choice! Our floor plans start at $25,000 and only go as high as $35,000. This pricing includes everything you need to start living in your new home, such as fully-insulated steel walls and a ceiling, outlets and lighting, and sleek, wood-look flooring. Not only do we provide incredible, affordable housing, but a portion of our proceeds also goes toward The Destiny Program — a charitable organization based in Las Vegas, NV that gives back to those experiencing homelessness.
If you’re not ready to buy, that’s not a problem! Out of the Box Housing offers rental units ranging from $500 to $950 per month, which is much cheaper than the average apartment. If you’d like to find out whether you qualify for our active promotions or discounts, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Please note that we do not provide property or foundations to assemble our Fast-Set Cabins on or utility hookups — this is the homeowner’s responsibility.
Please note: units ship compatible as a D-ADU ( Detached - Accessory Dwelling Unit), but can be made permanent home by the owner. Site preparation, local zoning & permitting requirements are the responsibility of the owner. Out of the Box Housing can assist with the permitting process, if requested, and can also provide set-up and installation at an additional cost. Financing for rental and purchase, subject to underwriting.
