Models and Pricing
Starting at $50,000
We currently offer the Red Box, Red Box Jr., and 1 Bedroom with 250 square feet. Our 2 Bedroom layout has a spacious 451 square feet and starts at $60,000 Choose the style that matches your needs!
The Red Box, Jr.
This option is 250 square feet. Includes a guest bathroom as well as a separate sink for washing up. This setup will leave you with plenty of space to make your own!
The Red Box, 2 Bedroom
This option provides more room with 451 square feet. 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom make it the perfect size for hosting and customizing your own tiny home.
Fast Construction
A prefabricated home means that small pieces of the home are built in a warehouse first before being shipped off to their final destination. This means our homes don’t require any heavy equipment, and the exterior can be put together with a small crew in as little as an hour. Once your prefab home is assembled, you can choose from a variety of packages that fulfill your power and water needs. These can typically be installed in as little as a week. On average, you can expect your home to be ready to move into in no more than a month's time from the date of delivery.
Floor Plans
The Red Box Line has two configurations to choose from. The first is 452 square feet and is offered with a two-bedroom floor plan, making it perfect for small families. This model starts at $60,000, including the delivery fee. The second configuration is 250 square feet and is a one-bedroom floor plan, perfect for couples or used as a guest house. This is the Red Box Jr. model and starts at $50,000, including the delivery fee. Every family is different, so it is important to assess your needs before making a decision on which configuration is right for you.
Structural Integrity
They may be small, but these tiny homes can take whatever mother nature has to throw at them! These structures are made of cold-formed galvanized steel and prefabricated with Rockwool and EPS insulation. With double glazed windows and steel doors, these homes help you feel safe and secure while keeping out the elements. Our units also come equipped with a bathroom, shower, LED lighting, and kitchen appliances so you always feel right at home.
Customizable
Out of the Box Housing’s Red Box Line is also incredibly versatile. Whether you’re looking for a forever home, a temporary space, or a backyard structure, with customizable housing, you can ensure your needs are being met! They arrive at your property as a detached-accessory dwelling unit (D-ADU), giving you the freedom to turn the house into whatever you want. Their beautiful exteriors are designed to fit a range of styles and tastes, so if you’re looking for a practical, stylish, and sustainable home, then the Red Box Line may be right for you!
Please note: units ship compatible as a D-ADU ( Detached - Accessory Dwelling Unit), but can be made permanent home by the owner. Site preparation, local zoning & permitting requirements are the responsibility of the owner. Out of the Box Housing can assist with the permitting process, if requested, and can also provide set-up and installation at an additional cost. Financing for rental and purchase, subject to underwriting.
